La Tablée du Marché: A Sparkling First Success at Québec’s Grand Marché
The very first edition of La Tablée du Marché, presented as a cocktail-style dinner event, brought together over 300 people in the heart of Québec’s Grand Marché.
QUÉBEC | An Evening of Gastronomy and Solidarity
Thanks to the generosity, talent, and dedication of 12 incredible chefs and the students from École Fierbourg, 11 bite-sized food stations brought the evening to life in a beautiful spirit of sharing and connection. The warm atmosphere fostered meaningful encounters and exchanges between colleagues, friends, and business partners, all gathered around La Tablée des Chefs’ mission: to feed and to educate.
