La Tablée des Chefs at the Restaurant Canada Show: a renewed commitment to a more responsible industry

A major presence in Toronto to promote sustainable, forward-looking catering.

TORONTO | Earlier this month, part of the La Tablée des Chefs team, including our General Manager Jean-François Archambault, traveled to Toronto to participate in the Restaurant Canada Show - a flagship event that brings together key players in the restaurant and hospitality industry.

This year marked the 80th edition of the RC Show, with an impressive turnout of over 23,000 industry professionals from across the country. For the second year running, La Tablée des Chefs had a booth at the show, strongly affirming its commitment to helping the food service industry move towards more sustainable and socially responsible practices.

A committed statement on intelligent waste management

Jean-François Archambault was invited to take part in a conference entitled: “How intelligent waste management can boost business success: concrete strategies for making waste management a driver of profitability and sustainability”.

This was an opportunity to highlight concrete, accessible solutions, based on our experience in the field, that enable companies to reduce their waste while generating a positive social impact.

A collaborative effort: more than 1,000 portions cooked

On the sidelines of the show, our teams also got down to the business of cooking over 1,000 portions for the Fred Victor organization, in partnership with Rational. This gesture of solidarity is in line with the primary mission of La Tablée des Chefs: to feed and educate.
