This summer, La Tablée des Chefs recovered more than 90,000 portions from major festivals and events across Montréal and Toronto. Thanks to our summer squad and the collaboration of event organizers, surplus food was redistributed to local community organizations instead of ending up in the trash.
Every portion recovered is a concrete step against food waste and vital support for thousands of people living with food insecurity.
