A successful first edition
On April 23, 2025, more than 1,200 participants, including some 30 public figures, took part in the first edition of La Grande Marmite. The event aimed to combat food insecurity among young people by preparing 40,000 bags of ready-to-cook dry soup. Thanks to registration fees, $450,000 was raised to fund the Soupes Solidaires program, enabling the distribution of more than one million bowls of soup in elementary schools in disadvantaged areas.
