A successful first edition

The very first edition of La Tablée du Marché took place on May 8, 2025. The event brought together over 300 guests to celebrate local gastronomy and social commitment.

Twelve renowned chefs from the region, accompanied by students from École Fierbourg, offered a memorable culinary experience, concocting delicious bites from local produce. The springtime atmosphere was enhanced by a floral workshop, where each guest was able to take home a bouquet.

A solidarity workshop was also organized, enabling participants to cook sachets of dehydrated soup, which were then donated to local community organizations.
