In the meantime, the people responsible for producing the book may have questions about your recipe and story. If so, they will contact you by telephone or email. We thank you for your patience while you await the results.

Frequently asked questions
The contest is open to Quebec residents aged 55 and over, teamed up with at least one person from another generation (child or adult). Each team must consist of at least two people.
We are looking for recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation within your family or circle of friends. The recipe must be original, not copied from a chef or website, and prepared as a team.
Each participating team has the chance to have their recipe published in a cookbook sponsored by Ricardo. In addition, a $1,000 gift card will be drawn from among all registered teams. The book will be sold in bookstores and distributed free of charge to 1,000 seniors.
Fill out the registration form, providing:

The names and ages of the participants

The name and category of your recipe (starter, soup, main course, dessert, other)

A photo of your team and the prepared recipe

The history of your recipe, including stories and memories

The recipe itself (with measurements and instructions)
The registration period is from October 1st to November 16th, 2025. Winners will be announced by email in November 2025.
