Looking towards the future
This year, renowned chefs are sharing their expertise with the next generation of chefs to deliver a flavourful dining experience. The evening will begin with a cocktail reception and will be followed by a five-course dinner. The dishes will be inspired by the different influences of each of these chefs, and will be prepared by young people from local culinary schools.
