Summer culinary camp with a social flavour
For an 8-week period, La Tablée des Chefs welcomes groups of young people aged 10 to 15 who participate in a culinary camp at its cooking schools in Montreal (Jean-Talon Market), Longueuil (Head Office) and Quebec City (Grand Marché de Québec)!
Participants explore current food trends, learn about local food, food waste, and are invited to give back to their community by participating in a food activity.
