Developing an interest and love of cooking among young people has always been part of La Tablée des Chefs' mission! The Attache ta Toque challenges, launched by the Kitchen Brigades, are opportunities for youth to show us what they know by taking up these challenges launched by our greatest chefs! Each month, a new theme, a new chef, and a new challenge.

This month Ricardo gets the ball rolling! He will then be followed by other inspiring chefs who will take turns offering a monthly challenge to young people aged 12 to 17. Fisun Ercan, Geneviève Everell, Rémy Couture, Simon Mathys and Patrice Demers will be testing the culinary knowledge and creativity of the young participants!The winner each month will be awarded a unique experience and will be joined by the chef!
