Culinary school week presented by the SAQ
A major event involving over 600 culinary students in more than 13 hospitality schools in Quebec. Young people are mobilized to prepare meals benefiting food banks in Quebec.
This activity aims to raise awareness about hunger in Quebec among the next generation of professionals as well as introduce them to our organization before they enter the labour market.
Thus, each year in March, more than 600 culinary students prepare over 100,000 meals that are then distributed to people in need throughout Quebec.
